I totally missed posting this earlier this month.
My grandpa is often my guinea-pig for new cake flavours or decorations. Inspired by the holidays and various flavour options, I get to experiment, and it's usually successful.

This year, for his birthday, I tried White Chocolate Cranberry cupcakes with White Chocolate Buttercream. Was so good!!

You'd think the cranberries would be too tart, but the sweetness and richness of the white chocolate is a perfect balance. 🤤

I was baking! We celebrated quite the milestones this weekend. A family member just turned 95 years old!! To celebrate her, I made one of her favorite flavors... White Chocolate Mocha! And again, it was a hit. Everyone loved it 🤤

Baking a simple angel food strawberry shortcake with a newborn is definitely challenging. Took me all day to make this one. But it meant a lot for me to make sure it got done for my wonderful husband who's always an amazing support and has surpassed himself in the last few months, especially since the birth of our child.
He is the best father a woman could ask for for her child.
