So after being storm-stayed 2 hours from home for most of last week, Liza Bakes is branching out.

You can now find a small selection of frozen desserts at Artemesia Cheese & Fine Foods in Flesherton, including these individual Chocolate Soufflé Cakes. Rich and decadent with a crisp top, they are made without flour so are gluten-friendly but made in a non gluten free kitchen.

There won’t be any Liza Bakes cookies at Valley Girls Pre-loved till the end of February as I’m away for a couple of weeks.
