Here’s a look at the Red Fife flour — we just milled it. I am sifting it to make sure there are no lumps. All the bran that is left in the sieve gets added back into the dough, making sure no nutrients are lost ❤️

Looking for opinions please:

I am thinking of reinterpreting the American classic “Ranger Cookies” and baking a Canadian version using some of our most important agricultural products: wheat, oats and corn.

It would be a basic cookie base with the following mix-ins: rolled oats, dried cranberries, toasted pumpkin seeds, cornflakes and chocolate chips.

What do you think? Would you be interested in a few of those next Saturday? Same price - $9 for 6
