Didn’t think I’d ever say this about water Flow Mineral Spring Water has me a little obsessed💧

The new sparkling Wild Berry 🍓🫐 flavour has been my latest little obsession — light, refreshing, and with delicate, crisp bubbles that make staying hydrated feel a little more special.

Made with mineral spring water and with zero sugar, zero calories, and no sweeteners, it’s the kind of drink I genuinely look forward to reaching for throughout the day.

I think it has officially become part of my summer☀️

Save these spots to visit next time in Montreal:

1. Café Olimpico — Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops where everything is delicious 😍— from coffee to pastries. And their unique pistachio affogato with a canelé straw? Absolutely next level🔝

2. Arthurs Nosh Bar — This place truly deserves one of the top spots for brunch. Huge, flavorful, and creative portions — no boring eggs or basic buttermilk pancakes here. A must-visit ♥️

3. If you’re looking for creative French cuisine for dinner, this is the place .limbo The menu changes every week, and the dishes will absolutely surprise you. I especially loved their coffee & hazelnut mille-feuille — genuinely impressive!

4. If you haven’t tried Montreal-style sandwiches, you haven’t really experienced Montreal 😉This spot is truly iconic — nowhere else can you taste a sandwich with meat this insanely good😋

5. The viral matcha spot .cafe — and honestly, the hype is deserved! As a matcha lover, I can confidently say it’s one of the best I’ve ever had 💚Their creamy milk foam and the charismatic barista make it even more worth stopping by.

6. Montreal is also famous for its bagels known for their sweetness and unique texture. Definitely grab a couple for breakfast, but keep in mind — the lines are long and it’s cash-only.
