Rainbow unicorn cake made for my daughter’s 8th birthday. Vanilla buttercream, rainbow bit cake coloured with food colouring gel and alternated. Ears, eyes and horn are vanilla fondant.

Black currant mousse, milk chocolate gelee, chocolate genoise cake; all enrobed in a white chocolate mirror glaze and sitting on a croustillant feullentine cookie base.
