“Hearts in Blossom”
A women's nature yoga day retreat. 💗
🌹 May is a time to celebrate blossoming life within and welcome the earth's vibrant, fertile season between spring and summer. The Creston Valley in May is exploding with fragrant fruit and flower blossoms. It's also a great time to take in the annual “Blossom Festival.”
🪻 I can’t think of a better way to usher in the sweet spring essence than with a sacred forest gathering of women with hearts in full bloom!
🪷 We hold within our hearts the most heavenly divine love. When we tap into our untamed love from within, we heal not only ourselves but also the whole earth.
🌷 We will meet our sisters in the fresh, radiant springtime sun in a heavenly forest oasis nestled in the BC Rocky Mountains. We will cleanse our minds and open our hearts to the most divine encounter within.

sacred women’s circle,
tree meditation,
forest bathing,
earthing,
singing,
wild foraging and learning about sacred herbs, learning to make a nature mandala,
wildflower crown making,
henna blossom hand doodle (optional),
cacao ceremony,
long moderate (slower-paced) waterfall hike, catered wholesome picnic and snacks by the Bigfoot Cafe,
and blissful outdoor yoga practice (no experience necessary) with drum sound therapy and essential oil aromatherapy.
