Baked With Love By Bri Ellis

This was a fun order from Sunday!

It was a combined party for two of my friends kiddos and it was at the cutest event space Pye Family Pines & Pastures where you can spend time with highland cows and make s’mores over a fire ❤️

So naturally, cows were the theme!
- Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream.
- Vanilla cupcakes with peanut butter buttercream; and
- dairy free chocolate cupcakes with dairy free vanilla maple buttercream 🥰

This was an eggless chocolate cake that was ordered for last Friday!

It felt so amazing to receive a message back saying that they loved it 🥰!

There has been so much baking happening and half of it never made it into a picture!

Life has been busy all around but I still have time to squeak in my favourite hobby ☺️

2 more posts with orders from this weekend coming!

Hey everyone 👋 Here’s a photo of the first thing I’ve baked in over a month. Cinnamon swirl cake that honestly, my 5 year old did 90% of the work on🥹

It’s been a while & boy do I miss baking. Life got busy, I spent 2 weeks landscaping and building a she-shed in the back yard, and then? Carpal tunnel surgery… bummer.

It’s been 16 days and I’m still healing after many bumps in the recovery road and the wound opening up post suture removal. Now with scar tissue and lack of movement in the area, I’ll be doing PT to get full mobility back.

I’ll have my first order to complete at the end of the month, which is a grad cake 🙏 send prayers lol!

My lovely friend asked me if I could make DIY cupcake kits for her daughters birthday party, since she loved my cookie kits.

24 cupcakes and 24 individual buttercream in little piping bags 🥹 plus a few types of sprinkles and little spoons to use for the sprinkles.

So happy with how the kit turned out! Now we’ll see how it tastes tomorrow!
