I’m so grateful that my friend trusted me to make the cakes for her son’s 3rd birthday 🥰 there were also cupcakes, but I forgot to take a picture!

Hey everyone 👋 Here’s a photo of the first thing I’ve baked in over a month. Cinnamon swirl cake that honestly, my 5 year old did 90% of the work on🥹

It’s been a while & boy do I miss baking. Life got busy, I spent 2 weeks landscaping and building a she-shed in the back yard, and then? Carpal tunnel surgery… bummer.

It’s been 16 days and I’m still healing after many bumps in the recovery road and the wound opening up post suture removal. Now with scar tissue and lack of movement in the area, I’ll be doing PT to get full mobility back.

I’ll have my first order to complete at the end of the month, which is a grad cake 🙏 send prayers lol!

My lovely friend asked me if I could make DIY cupcake kits for her daughters birthday party, since she loved my cookie kits.

24 cupcakes and 24 individual buttercream in little piping bags 🥹 plus a few types of sprinkles and little spoons to use for the sprinkles.

So happy with how the kit turned out! Now we’ll see how it tastes tomorrow!
