The Little Gluten Free Bakery Gluten Free, Baked Fresh, Tasty Treats! Please allow up to 3 days for your order to ensure it’s baked fresh. All tasty treats are gluten free.

Everything is baked in my home kitchen, which is not regulated by Alberta Health Services, but permitted under new AHS guidelines. Extensive cleaning is completed before the baking and decorating process. I practice a gluten free diet as I am celiac. Other common allergens may also be present, including nuts. Custom orders can be requested.

Well I was asked to make a Wedding Cake, and thought, I’ve never done this before, let’s do it!! I think it turned out great!
