Hello everyone,
After a lot of thought, I have decided to close Briar Rose Bakery for the time being. I have loved making all of your cakes, bringing your ideas to life and even having my own creative freedom on some very special days. It has been amazing to see the support of this community and I am so very grateful for every order.
I still plan to open again in the future, and possibly some flash sales around the holidays, but for now I won’t be taking anymore custom orders.
Here is one of my last cakes, for some amazing Newly weds, it is a gluten free vanilla chiffon with fresh raspberries and strawberries, decorated with my favourite vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.
