Decided to hop on the AI trend and introduce myself 😉
Hi, I’m Keisha, the hands behind the dough 🥖

What started as a hobby turned into me making way too much sourdough and shamelessly pawning it off on my parents, the guys at my dad’s shop, and basically anyone who crossed my path 😅

Before all this, I managed the bakery in Spruceview for a year and a half… so I guess this was inevitable.

I’m married to the most wonderful man who works away for months at a time and supports me staying home and turning our kitchen into a full-blown sourdough operation (flour everywhere included).

A big part of this journey has been wanting to slow things down and be more intentional about what we’re eating — choosing real, simple ingredients not just for us, but for our future babies, too 🤍

It’s just me, our three dogs (my fur babies), and a whole lot of dough over here.

Now I’m baking artisan loaves, bagels, English muffins & more - all made the slow way, with simple ingredients and a little bit of chaos.
