I think 🤔 I’ll make Callebaut chocolate ganache the base for all my macaron fillings. Ganache is such an effective way to incorporate true flavours.

French macarons are my new favorite canvases! These finicky little cookies finally yielded to my new oven. These delicate treats, which are only acceptable when executed perfectly, used to cause me a lot of stress. Now, with consistent results, I can finally unleash my creativity. The endless possibilities for designs and flavors are so exciting!

Birthday cake for my own little ballerina who is so into Paw Patrol and the color purple.

This was such a fun cake to create using all kinds of techniques, some of which are new and exciting to explore. All toppers except for the number 3 candle are hand-sculpted. The middle layer used 3D printing for a brick texture and Paw Patrol imprints. Wafer paper edible printout was used to cover the bottom layer, and wafer paper web/fluff was used to finish the cake.

I'm particularly excited about 3D printing, which will surely elevate cake decorating to the next level.
