Been awhile since I've used this page as I was considering giving up cakes. I love doing them, they're just time consuming and the perfectionist in me gets really stressed out and worried when things aren't just right! But, I've decided to keep going. I will still offer basic flat cakes and can now offer gluten free options. For now though,I have to put aside the 3D and more complicated ones for someone else to do. Between motherhood, homeschooling and the attempt to have a personal life, there just isn't time for such creations.
