Peanut butter Fingers. If you love peanut butter, than this is for you. This isn't a brownie or a blondie. This has the chew of a good oatmeal cookie but loaded with peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Creamsicle Drops. Have you ever had one of those little ice creams that has the wooden spoon included? You know, the orange and vanilla creamsicle? That is exactly what this tastes like, only in fudge form. Even better -once you get home with them pop them in the freezer and it is exactly like a spoon of the ice cream.

Mocha Crinkles. These are nice and chewy with a delightful coffee flavour. These are so good! In the summer, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream between two cookies and you will have the best ice cream sandwich.

Sultana Cake. The recipe was that of my father-in-law’s mum. I wish you could smell the subtly sweet and fruity aroma. I would say this is more of a bread over cake, and not overly sweet. This is absolutely delicious!
