Taking Pre Orders of Frozen loafs until I am out of stock! Available:

Focaccia Day 3 - buttery toasty revival 🧈 🤤

Foccacia will be made fresh day of the market. Texture and flavor will be optimal if consumed by end of the day after the market. However still enjoyable up to day 3! Today I toasted my last piece from Wednesday's bake.

Garlic Parmesan Foccacia will be $5 each and first come first serve but dont worry, I am making extra for this weeks market 😉

P.S. I have yet to try freezing it. If anyone has ever froze theirs and it is still great thawed out or toasted let me know!

✨️ NEW ITEM ✨️ SOURDOUGH PIZZA LOAF! 🍕

This loaf has pizza sauce in place of some of the water in the recipe giving it a reddish orange color. Inclusions are pizza spices, pepperoni and little cubes of mozzarella!

5 of these just went into the freezer for you to pre order for this Wednesday's market! (There were 6 but obviously I had to taste test and the loaf didnt even make it the day 😅)

I finally made focaccia for ME haha hamburger made on garlic parmesan foccacia 👌🧄🍔

✨ What is Sourdough Focaccia? ✨

If you’ve never had focaccia before, think of it as the softest, fluffiest bread with a golden, lightly crisp crust and lots of flavour in every bite.

Unlike a regular loaf of bread, focaccia is baked flat and has a wonderfully soft and airy interior with a slightly chewy crumb and a golden, crispy bottom crust. Its signature look comes from the deep dimples — the little “hills and valleys” created by pressing fingers into the dough before baking — which help hold all the delicious olive oil, herbs, and toppings in every bite.

• Enjoy it warm on its own
• Dip it in soup
• Serve it with pasta or salad
• Toast it for an extra crispy edge

Back at it already! Can you believe that as of today I've made 66 loafs of bread this month?! Losing 18 loafs may have contributed to this number 🤪 However, everything worked out in the end!

I have the best customers and supporters and appreciate you all so much!

🗓 Next Blackville Village Market is Wednesday, Aug 19th.

I havent 100% decided if I will attend, waiting on family commitments/appointments to be finalized before I make the call. Going to continue restocking the freezer just in case. Stay tuned 😊

IT'S MARKET DAY AND ITS GOING TO BE HOT 🔥 Don't forget you're cooler bags for your frozen pre orders!

Fresh items available will be sandwhich loafs, herb and cheddar loafs and garlic parm focaccia. 🍞🧀🧄

I really tried to have cinnamon rolls this week but I had a major setback when I lost 18 loafs during cold fermentation when my fridge stopped working 😩
