Oh, hi there! I'm Erika, the owner and baker behind The Eager Baker. My love for working with people and baking has always gone hand in hand.

By day, I’m a Dementia Consultant, and by night, I’m creating delicious, handcrafted treats in the kitchen. Baking has always been my passion—it’s my creative outlet and a way for me to share joy through a variety of gourmet goods. My experience in healthcare has given me the opportunity to teach baking classes to a variety of populations. One day, the dream is to open a storefront with an additio

nal recreational kitchen, where I can teach baking as a form of therapy.

At The Eager Baker, every treat is made with love and high-quality ingredients. We specialize in cupcakes, sugar cookies, and seasonal baked goods, and we aim to bring a creative, unique experience with every bite.
