Hi everyone...some of you that have been following me (thank you so much!) may have noticed me mention that I’ve been studying lately, so I haven’t been posting as much lately. Because of this I’ve decided I’m going to step back from the Cupcakery for a while. I will still be posting if I’m playing in the kitchen, but I won’t be taking any orders for a while. I’ve been following for a while and I’m always amazed at the colours she’s able to get for her cookies with royal icing. I decided I’d try to the same product she uses...Fondust by with my buttercream. For the first try I think these should work for the flowers I’m trying out today. I’ll post the finished cupcakes shortly. @ Alcona, Town of Innisfil, Ontario

I know it’s been a while since I’ve been posting. Studying has been taking up most of my time these days 😞. But with cold weather we’re expecting, I’ve decided it’s going to be a baking weekend. A friend recently asked if I could do cupcakes for an upcoming bridal shower. Colours are pale pink and navy and the theme is an English Garden...so I’m staring to think designs. We’ve decided on a champagne cupcake with champagne buttercream(subject to taste test!). Stay tuned for the final designs! @ Alcona, Town of Innisfil, Ontario
