Dreambakesco started as online seller of pastries and cakes during pandemic. Our specialties are Blueberry cheesecake, cheese rolls and different flavors of ensaymada, We also have flavored egg pie and special brazo de mercedes, choco mousse, black forest cake, mango cake and ube cake. I have no formal training as a baker but i grew up in a bakery business of our brother. My curiosity led me into this business, kasi lagi ako nakikialam sa mga panadero namin that time.

After I graduated in college(BS Electrical Engineering) my gf (now my wife) and I started a bakery business that only lasted for a year or 2 , we're living in Caloocan that time. Due to lack of funds it's very hard for us do business in Manila.
Fast forward When we moved to Laguna I started a pandesal business(lako style no physical store? I only have a small oven and no machine kaya masang kamay lahat, gawa ko, luto ko, lako ko🙂. I prayed that may God give us more funds to buy complete sets to start a bakery and God answered our prayer in an instant. My neighbor is selling his bakery equipment (DCM oven, roller, slicer, working table and trays) for 45k. We don't have that kind of money that time but God allow us to win 2nd price at lotto system 7 worth 42k.

To cut the story short we started again our small bakery business.

It's always been my dream to have resto or coffee shops. We started Dreambakesco Pizza and now we are making a full set of menu to become Dreambakesco Cafe ........Soon coffee, cakes and pastries, pasta, chicken and rice meals will be available in our shop. This week I will be making Croissant(my favorite pastries)
