Valentine’s Day, for us, has always meant making space for chocolates and bonbons in one form or another. This year, we wanted to let chocolate take centre stage — exploring flavours that celebrate its versatility and depth. What makes it even more special is that the chocolate itself is locally sourced, something we’re genuinely excited about.

The box brings together combinations that feel familiar yet unexpected:
white chocolate with jolpai,
ginger, black tea and milk chocolate,
pistachio praline with passionfruit,
60% dark namelaka,
roasted barley with whey caramel,
and corn husk caramel with popcorn.

Chocolate boxes don’t need to be confined to the same predictable flavour rules. We hope you try it, share it, and let the people you love experience it too — because discovering something new is a joy in itself.

Winter may be over, but our menu is staying around a little longer.

If you haven’t tried it yet, this Karpatka comes highly recommended. Think of it as a massive, pie-sized éclair…or not. It’s a Karpatka.

Infused with ginger flower, the filling carries a beautiful floral note with a gentle and subtly spicy warmth, while our favourite ingredient, roselle, comes through in ripples of jam to keep it bright, vivid, and beautifully refreshing till the last bite.

Now we wouldn’t be us without a flavour that looks the part but sounds a little risqué — even though it really isn’t.
With jolpai in season, and most of us so familiar with it being savoury, we wanted to bring its distinct sharpness into the sweet side without letting it take over.
So we built in plenty of toasty elements: burnt honey sponge, jolpai crèmeux, brown-butter crunch, toasted milk-powder cream, and a lightly torched meringue.

How we came to be

Her: Elma’s got a degree in Economics, is fascinated by anthropology, but in love with the art of patisserie. Off she flew to France, to pursue her dreams and she came back with a diploma in french pastry and work experience in a Michelin star restaurant. Now she’s dreaming big, hoping to bring to Bangladesh a line of experimental, modern and outstanding pastries, desserts and cakes. Him: Kazi’s a budding chemical engineer with a love for science, fitness, fashion, travel, and... her desserts. He’s got mad business intuition, and a brain that’s constantly thinking up new projects. Tech savvy and street smart, he’s like the missing piece she needed. They’re both ambitious, big dreaming, hard working individuals that are sick of the patriarchy. And thus, there is Pastryarchy: The delicious love-child of a thriving chef with a passion for the pastry arts and an engineer with a thirst for business. Endorsing a world system run by pastries.
