Behold, the 15 Layer Bruce🙌
A new addition to our Slice of Life series.

Who remembers the iconic chocolate cake from Matilda? We elevated that cake and engineered a 15-layer slice made using Callebaut belgian chocolate.
Here’s what the layer consists of👇

🍰 Signature Chocolate Cake- Dense, moist, fudgy cake with rich cocoa flavour.
☕️ Dark Chocolate Coffee Crémeux- Creamy, decadent chocolate custard with a hint of coffee that enhances the chocolate, never overpowers.
🍫 Cocoa Crumble- Buttery chocolatey crumbs that provides a crunchy contrast.
🧈 Brown Butter Milk Chocolate Ganache- Light and airy milk chocolate ganache with a hint of salt to cut the sweetness and balance the richness. Browned butter adds a nutty flavour.
🟤 Dark Chocolate Ganache- Silky dark chocolate that ties everything together.

Our assorted dessert box just dropped and is ready to make your Eid that much more special💛

The box consists of 3 mouthwatering desserts

•Biscoff Tres Leches Cake: Fluffy vanilla cake soaked in biscoffy milk mixture and topped with biscoff whipped cream, biscoff spread, and crushed biscoff biscuits.

•Pistachio Kunafa Chocolate Cake: Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate. Chocolate cake, creamy pistachio and crisp kataifi mix, and a chocolate ganache topping will surely hit the spot.

•Shahi Tukra: Adding a deshi twist with our thick-cut bread deep fried in ghee, soaked in a luscious cream and garnished with chopped pistachios. No wonder this is a deshi Eid staple.

The assorted dessert box is priced at 1200 BDT. Each dessert can feed 2-4 people.
