Today we have classic sourdough and jalapeño & cheddar sourdough. The loaves today are tin baked, to make a bit more toaster friendly and easier to cut.

You win some you lose some. I over proved 20 loaves of bread so there is no sourdough today, but there are packs of 3 cinnamon scrolls, and focaccia (vegan basil pesto and tomato & pesto and parmesan). Bread coming tomorrow!

Marvin’ has entered the chat - or rather the bakery!! A humidifying convection oven ready to take on the task of cinnamon scroll master baker!

On a serious note though, buying commercial equipment is no impulse decision, weighing up all the pros and cons before committing.

To look and see these two ovens side by side is surreal. Knowing that the business has grown, from cooking in two Dutch ovens to a 12 loaf stone floored oven and a steam oven, I’m blown away.

Growth is a surprising, scary thing. I am so grateful to everyone who buys our bakes, and supports our family. You’re the real MVP ❤️🥖🤍 so for now, I’m going to figure out what all these buttons do! 📖 👀 🖊️
