A hand-curated collection of vintage, clothing, ceramics, art and beautiful things, gathered beneath the magnolia for an afternoon of good food, good music and good company. MADRE will be serving fresh bánh mì and cakes, with coffee by Little Bean & Co, while Scotty Brown, Finn O’Neill and Boojum bring the soundtrack. Come wander, eat, listen, browse and stay awhile. ☀️

Our first delivery arrives this Friday.

Alongside the bread, we’re slowly bringing together a small collection of local, quality products we genuinely love - made by good people, close to home.

Starting with fresh local milk in returnable glass bottles and beautiful Pepe Saya butter. We’re also making the switch to Pepe Saya throughout the bakery, and we’ll continue to bring in the things we love and use ourselves.

The bread will always be the heart of MADRE. We’re just adding a few good things around it.

A few of the specials for tomorrow including the banoffee brioche which was very popular on the weekend - we decided to do it again for anyone who missed out.

Brioche filled with vanilla bean pastry cream, homegrown banana and rum, streusel topping, finished with salted caramel and dark chocolate shavings.
