Just a little update — I’ll be heading overseas to visit home, so there will be a short pause on bake sales.

This Saturday, May 2nd will be my last bake day before I go, so come by and stock up on your favourites 🥖✨

I’ll be back and baking again from June 6th — can’t wait to see you all then.

Your gut isn’t the problem… your bread is 👀

Real sourdough takes 48 hours.
Not 2. Not 4. Not ‘same day’.

Why?

Because time = digestion.

Cold fermentation breaks down starches + gluten
so your body doesn’t have to fight it later.

Most bread skips this completely.

So yeah…
it’s not always the flour.

It’s the process.

No one-size-fits-all — but how your bread is made matters.
