Freshly Baked Goodies at the Growers Market This Saturday! 🥐

I'll be at the Growers Market this Saturday from 9am!

I've put together a slightly different menu especially for the Growers Market, focusing on freshly baked breads and savoury treats. Perfect for a Saturday morning!

Here's what I'm bringing:

Shio Pan (Japanese, Korean-style Salt Bread)

●Original – Buttery, slightly salty, with a lovely crispy bottom

●Honey – A little touch of sweetness with that buttery goodness

●Coffee Crumble – Buttery salt bread topped with a sweet, crunchy coffee crumble

Brioche – Soft, fluffy and delicious

Savoury Scones – Perfect with your morning cuppa

Cupcakes – Because there's always room for something sweet!

Haven't tried Shio Pan yet? Why not give it a go for breakfast or your morning snack? It's a little different from your usual bread, and you might just find a new favourite!

I'll have some samples ready for you to try, including the new Shio Pan flavours, so please come and have a taste!

Pre-orders are welcome!

I'll be baking in small batches to keep everything fresh, so if you'd like to make sure you don't miss out, just send me a message and I'll put your favourites aside for collection at the market.

Got a birthday or celebration coming up? 🎂

From gender reveals to 90th birthdays (and everything in between! 🥰), I’ve been lucky enough to make cakes for so many special moments.

Custom cakes, casual cakes, cupcakes, treat boxes, heart cakes, slab cakes… and a little more depending on what you have in mind.

I’m also giving my menu a little refresh at the moment — keeping the favourites, taking a few things out and adding some new ones based on what you’ve actually been ordering!

A little behind-the-scenes peek from my kitchen last week.

Three simple buttercream cakes, each waiting to become something completely different.

I think this is one of my favourite parts of cake making — starting with a simple blank cake and watching it slowly take on its own personality.
It’s always lovely to see each cake come to life in its own little way. 🥰

Sometimes when I’m decorating a cake, I catch myself overthinking.

I spend far too long choosing flowers, adjusting colours, or changing tiny details that nobody else would probably notice.

But I can’t help it.

Because I’m not just making a cake.

I’m thinking about the celebration it’s going to be part of, the smiles around the table, the memories that will be made.

And over time, I’ve realised that people can feel that.

They can feel the care, the intention, and the love behind what I create.

Looking back at these cakes, I'm reminded that each one was created for a different person, a different celebration, and a different story. And I'm very grateful to have a little place in those stories.
