COFFEE! ☕️

Whilst in Sydney we had the incredibly opportunity to visit and watch Paul do his thing! ✨

He educated us on the origin and purpose of our coffee, the structure of the bean and the difference the washing process has on the flavour profiles 🌱

If you are ever in Sydney we highly recommend heading over to Diggy doos. The vibes are immaculate, the staff are fabulous and the coffee is unmatched 🌷

We were later invited to by Adam from where we were welcomed with open arms by Arthur and his family. We sat fascinated as we watched his team do what they do best ❤️

What more could we ask for, the Sydney coffee community couldn’t have been more accommodating 🫶🏻
