At Fairbairn Bakery we believe that the freshness of food isn't just about when it was made, but the ingredients that were used to make it. Our two shops in Emerald ensures all of our ingredients are of the highest quality and locally sourced, before being hand made into the bakery favourites that our customers love. So if you're after traditional home-style breads, sweet delights to tempt your ta

ste buds or a custom-designed cake for your next special occasion, just stop by either of our shops and our friendly staff can show you what we have to offer. We have also taken our famous pies and baked delights street side, with two smoko vans running Monday - Friday providing lots of contractors that are too busy to stop and grab a bite to eat, with lunch on the go! In store, we have freshly prepared sandwiches, toasties, salad boxes, wraps and much more! We also provide catering services, so if you are in need of catering for your next business meeting, event, party, please call us on 4982 1103where we would love to help :)

Our Year 10 Business students attended an excursion at Fairbairn Bakery yesterday to discuss how local businesses run in Emerald. Thankyou Fairbairn Bakery Emerald for having us :-)
Have Been comming to CQ And buying Pies and Sandwiches etc from the Fairbarn Bakery near the Railway Station but rescently Noticed the Down-Size there doing to the Meat-Pies ...they have gone from a big sized Pie to a small one......NOT HAPPY ....not a real good move and the Price is still the same .......
