this one is for the dulce de leche lovers: choux au craquelin with layers of rich, dark chocolate biscuits, filled with a smooth dulce de leche cream and lightly coated with desiccated coconut. finished with a velvety coconut mascarpone cream, decorated with piped dulce de leche cream, salted caramel crisp pearls, pure dulce de leche, and a chocolate biscuit on top.

🌶️ Sweet spicy, cheesy, smoky, were always drawn to the concept of flavour complexity. our spicy nduja maple scroll is just that: filled with cream cheese, nduja mix and maple bacon. baked till perfection, brushed with maple syrup, and topped with cream cheese, grated gruyère, paprika powder and chives on top.
