I pursued my passion by undertaking a baking program, combining it with Cert III at TAFE Hamilton. From 2004 to 2006, I began my journey as an apprentice baker at Mingara in Central Coast, and then transitioned to become a pastry chef at Merrylands RSL from 2006 to 2008. My career path then led me to Coles supermarket in Casula, where I worked as a Baker from 2009 to 2010. Following that, I took a
break from baking between 2010 and 2018 due to family commitments. However during these period, I still make cakes and desserts occasionally for family and friends. Now that my children have grown up, I decided to rekindle my baking aspirations and started my own home-based cake business since 2018.
