Thanks for taking the time to stop by and have a look at the photos we have uploaded for your perusal. I have spent nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry, working as a chef, breakfast cook, barista and cook within the movements of management roles within cafes. I have baked my whole life, and more recently doing kids parties and baked goods for morning teas for family and friends. I decided

why not make it something a little more and hence the reason I have made a page on Facebook. I have all certificates for supervisor certificate, through to hygiene in a kitchen environment. I have worked 3 years in a childcare facility and this giving me the experience to work with children, and allergens. If you would like to see any and all of my certificates, I am happy to send them through to you. I am not openly placing on the web just so that I am safe but I am more than happy to send them through with any requests.
