Happy 12th (belated) Birthday Lara! This is my daughter’s cake. She designed it, chose the colour scheme, hand painted the watercolour effect, dripped the drip 😬 and placed the decorations on top. She did an amazing job! So proud!

Happy 40th Birthday Christine! This is a Caramel Mud Cake with Salted Caramel Buttercream and Salted Caramel Drip. This is the second time that I have made this type of cake but each cake is unique in its own way.

This cake was for a special friend’s mum’s birthday today. It is a semi naked vanilla cake with cream cheese, ricotta and maple syrup icing. This is pretty much my first attempt at fresh flower arranging. Beautiful roses from the flower markets.

Happy Birthday Gemma. Hope you had a lovely day! This Unikitty (from Lego movie 2) cake was a chocolate mud with dark chocolate ganache. All decorations were hand made using modelling paste (not my original design).

This unicorn figurine with matching rainbow was made for a special birthday girl who turned 4 today! Her mum made a beautifully decorated cake and these were added for the finishing touch. Happy Birthday Miss A!
