Did you know work starts on your cake, often immediately? Your order is written up, acrylic toppers or other inedible decorations are usually ordered the same day deposit is acknowledged. Sometimes fondant pieces are made 10 days ahead, time permitting. There are routinely four other businesses needing supplies booked for every cake. Some of these businesses are not able to be changed, which is why I ask my customers to book only once all details are set in stone
