Since 1998 this man has spent every waking hour living, breathing and baking burek. Every day of his life these past 23+ years has been dedicated to making dough from scratch at 1am in order to have his fresh bread, burek and donuts ready for our wonderful customers every single morning. On top of that, he and his beautiful wife have also produced a family of bakers with all four of their children following in his footsteps. From his eldest son known as the to his youngest son pictured in this photo almost 24 years apart. Whether you’re new here, or have known our family since the early years, we appreciate every single one of you.
