The people have spoken... it's time to introduce our 2027 Japan trip coordinators! First up Izzy 🥂
Introducing Izzy, the undisputed queen of committing to the idea of skiing. No one’s entirely sure if she actually likes skiing, or just the aesthetic of it all, the outfits, the gear, the après lineup before somewhat gracefully completing one green run and calling it a day.
Give Izzy a theme or even the slightest excuse, and she’s taking it to unnecessary but deeply impressive extremes. Subtlety has never been part of her brand, and honestly, thank god for that.
She firmly believes her New Zealand blood has rendered her immune to sub-zero temperatures. Science may suggest otherwise, but Izzy will confidently attribute her resilience to genetics and absolutely not to the industrial-strength alcohol blanket she’s built up on a night out. Regardless of its merit, she uses this as an excuse to wear practically nothing in the snow on a night out.
Now stepping confidently into her Japan “mum” role, Izzy is ready to put her outfits, elite planning skills, and very minimal knowledge of Japanese to extremely ambitious use. She’s convinced this will be the best trip yet, and honestly, she might be right.
At any function, she will inevitably be found cornering someone to ask for photos of their dog, their cat, their neighbour’s dog she’s seen them all and wants updates.
