The important facts about okh_cheesecake:

1. I always bake the bases for cheesecakes myself. Yes, it takes longer but health and quality are more important for me. I don’t use margarine,palm oil, flavour enhancers or other nasty ingredients.
2. All cheesecakes are baked only with cream cheese. I believe in a classic cheesecake made traditionally from cream cheese.
3. I make my own natural berry purée for my berry cheesecakes. I don’t use jams, artificial flavours or colours.
4. I use high quality (mostly Belgium) chocolate for my chocolate cheesecakes. I would never use supermarket chocolate bars in my kitchen.
5. I make all cheesecake toppings myself. Caramel s***e, berry confit, chocolate ganache, lemon curd, chocolate mousse are all homemade and natural.
6. As a result , you get a great tasting cheesecake that is also safe for children, pregnant women and everyone else.
7. All you have to do is to relax and simply enjoy the flavours.
