I’ve been a little quiet here — though still baking, still creating, still sharing in so many beautiful celebrations, with a camera roll full of unposted cakes telling their own story.
As life has shifted and an unexpected (and exciting) move overseas has come about, I’ve felt a gentle nudge toward a slower pace. I’ve loved the juggle, the creativity, and the rhythm of it all — but I’m not craving that season in quite the same way anymore.
These early years with my daughter feel fleeting, and for now I’m choosing presence over pace, with deep gratitude for what’s been and real excitement for what’s ahead.
So for now, Halo & Horns will be resting for a while. Who knows — I might just get around to sharing some of those untold cake stories from my camera roll 🤭
Not goodbye — just a gentle pause.
