🍫 Forget about Twix! You need Claudia’s homemade biscuit bars in your life! I wish I had an encyclopedic food knowledge to describe these amazing soft gooey caramel chocolate crunchy almond shortbread bars.. But I’m no Melissa Leong!

Whether you’re a white, milk or dark chocolate person, you’ll just love the flavour combinations! My favorite was the Maldon sea salt in milk chocolate 😍 You can't go wrong with chocolate, caramel and sea salt!

📝 I love her attention to details! She might be operating from her small kitchen but everything is so professional! Labeling 👌🏻 List of ingredients, expiry date, food allergy notice!!

📧 If you’re in Sydney, do buy her chocolate bars! Even if you’re not, DM her and enquire about interstate delivery. Mine travelled approximately 3280km AND were still in one piece 🙃

If you can’t buy from her now, here’s what you can do:

NY Style cookie recipe by and decadent cookie recipe by .bourgi ✨Same ingredients but different technique - one uses cold butter and one uses soft butter, one is baked from frozen and the other baked from fridge. Which do you prefer?
