Yesterday was 'Stir up Sunday' so we got on it! The first of the Christmas Puddings will be out this coming weekend!
For those wondering what 'Stir up Sunday' is it's a centuries old tradition, the Sunday one month before Chrissy where the Christmas Pudding is made.
Puddings love this month to mature their flavour even further! Our fruit has been soaking for weeks now so was juicy and full of flavour, well brandy, but you know what I mean 😄
