Mads’ sunset on your 20’s cake with all of the best flavours… lemon raspberry, whipped white chocolate ganache, jam & pistachio spread 🫶🏻 And then a few extra treaties in the form of sugar & tiramisu cookies

Imagine this but with extra disco balls (I didn’t put them on until I was at work) 😆

So beyond blessed to make the cake for Fenwick Collective’s 4th birthday 🫶🏻 We’re all a bunch of foodies so with full creative freedom this became a raspberry vanilla sponge, filled with layers of jam, pistachio spread & a whipped white chocolate ganache 🥰

Sooooo in love with this cake design & combo - lemon raspberry cake filled with raspberry jam & wrapped in a white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream!

It made it even better that I got to eat this one too 😅
