🍋 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 ✨
It’s amazing how to build up this cake compared to the rest of the cakes I’m making , starting with lemon sponge as the base, lemon curd filling , italian meringue as the frosting which is very tricky as we bakers know how hard to handle meringue specially with temperatures and storage and lastly to finish by torching the frosting which is very satisfying at the end!
