S A M E, S A M E B U T D I F F E R E N T

… first double up session and we couldn’t just copy paste !! Different touches here and there make each one so much fun!!

My favourite touch is tapioca, easily sourced from your local Asian store.

1 cup to 4 cups of water
Boil the water first.
Add tapioca.
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Turn the heat off and leave for 2 hours or overnight
Add 2 more cups of water, mix, bring to the boil again
Simmer for 15 minutes
Drain & rinse with cold water ! Leave to cool!
And should be ready to go!
Use within 3 days.
This if for the large sago pearls. Skip the second simmer for the smaller pearls
