✨ A Little Update, and a New Beginning ✨
After much thought, I have decided to close the chapter on the Yummy Tummy market stall. While it has been a joy to share my desserts in such a vibrant setting, the reality is that each market requires days of careful preparation, sourcing, and crafting. With rising costs and countless hours behind the scenes, it has become increasingly difficult to sustain the stall in the way I would wish. As lovely as it would be for everything to appear as if by magic… the truth is, every detail takes time, energy, and devotion.
But with every ending comes an exciting new beginning. ✨
The Banoffee Project has blossomed beautifully, and it feels only right to now devote my focus and creativity to this evolving adventure. Here, I can truly elevate and refine—bringing you luxurious, indulgent creations that honour the history and nostalgia of the Banoffee Pie.
This is not a complete goodbye. I may still host a select number of ‘council-approved’ pop-ups from home throughout the year—intimate, exclusive occasions where you can once again savour something sweet and delicious!
I’d like to thank both Kim and Katelyn for their unwavering support from the beginning. They have championed not just me, but every market stall holder at each and every and I appreciate you both very much. You both (and your hubbies) do an amazing job to pull together such fantastic events.
Also to my market neighbours who I’ve been lucky enough to be next to at almost every market I’ve taken part in - we almost came as a tightly wrapped package. I’ll miss chewing the fat with you!
To all the other vendors/friends I’ve met along the way, thank you for all your support and encouragement, it means a lot.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for embracing Yummy Tummy and for being part of this journey. Your support has meant everything.
