One of the biggest things I see with women who have struggled with weight loss is they think the problem is WILLPOWER
So they push harder, restrict more, and try to be more disciplined.
BUT the issue isn’t willpower at all.
It’s trying to follow extreme plans that don’t actually FIT their lifestyle.
Real progress comes from building sustainable habits, improving your mindset and focusing on the basics consistently.
Fat loss isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency over time.

When I was at my heaviest, I thought I just needed more motivation… but what I actually needed was a better system. Meal prep became that system for me.
Meal prep helped me: 
💫 make better choices when tired/emotional
💫 stay consistent during busy weeks
💫 rely less on quick convenience food
💫 understand my portions better
💫 reduce mindless snacking
💫 feel more in control around food
💫 save time during the week
💫 even save money by shopping with a plan

The biggest benefit? It removed decision fatigue.

When my food was already prepared, I didn’t have to “be good” all day — I just followed the plan I’d already made for myself.

Meal prep didn’t make me perfect. It made me consistent.
And consistency is what helped me lose 60kg and keep it off.
