The things you do as a parent for your kids 🧡

To celebrate the end of Harmony Week at school, my son and I spent some special time together in the kitchen. With our aprons on, we baked a batch of delicious, fluffy vegan vanilla cupcakes, topped with a creamy dairy-free buttercream. Of course, they wouldn’t have been complete without my custom-made edible image cupcake toppers!

We chose to make them vegan so that our friends at school with allergies could also enjoy a sweet treat — because everyone belongs and deserves a little cupcake happiness 🧁✨

I received this picture from Teresa at Banker to Baker who got the Bart Simpson image backed on to fondant earlier this week. I absolutely LOVE how this cake turned out and I am sure the recipient of this cake loved it too.
