Trusting the process... I was super anxious nearly the whole time this cake, I struggled so much to get it to stick together! 🤦‍♀️ then it was my first oval cake, and first time trying out Edible Atelier edible paints! Such a beautiful product to work with by the way 🩷

Somehow I managed to delete HOURS of footage I took of this one while I was creating it 😭 I have no idea what I did, there were at least 5-6 videos, but when I went to edit them, they were all gone!?!

Keep watching to see ALLL of it 🤣 it was HUGE!
Cake 2 for my boy for his party 🥳 inspired by CrunchLabs and even features Mark Rober riding a train! (IYKYK)
The hardest part with this cake was keeping all the gorgeous kiddos at the party from touching it! 🤣🤣🤣 I was so busy with keeping little hands from it that I completely forgot to get photos after cutting and during the party! But a huge thank you to all the parents and kids who came along to help us celebrate, and for all of Jackson's amazing gifts. He was so spoilt!
The beaker had lime green cake and buttercream to match the outside, and then the Crunchlabs cake was a funfetti piniata cake filled with gorgeous Jimmies sprinkles (also seen on top of the cupcakes) from Picnart Sugar and a bunch of lollies 😋
I airbrushed both cakes with colours
Thank you to the team at BOC South Pacific in Fyshwick for all your help with the dry ice I used in the top of the beaker!

My baby boy turned 5 this week!! And Oh my what a week it was getting his TWO HUGE cakes done 🤦‍♀️ haha anything for my babies! Cake 1 was this Hot Wheels and Monster Truck cake, designed by the birthday boy himself. Special requests were the track running through 2 cakes, a cake shaped like a tyre, another one like a building and the building had to be blue and green, and there had to be a turntable with Monster Trucks on it 😂😂 I mean, at least he knows what he wants, right? 😂
My amazing,gorgeous little man, I love you so much and hope you had the best birthday ever 💙💙

A HUGE shoutout has to go to Mundy and Co - Canberra for coming through for me VERY last minute with the absolutely perfect toppers/ acrylics on this one. They were fantastic quality and exactly what I had been hoping for. Josh was so awesome to deal with, and I'm so grateful to him for everything he did to get them done for me so quickly. Can't recommend this business highly enough, amazing customer service and very high quality work. Thank you so much Josh!

I keep saying I need to catch up on all the cakes I have sitting in my gallery waiting to be shared, and I really do need to! But I couldn't wait to share this one from last night first 💀🖤❤️
The brief was black, red, skulls, and gothic steampunk... I had way too much fun coming up with this design but my 5yo was scared of it!
8 layers of lemon and passionfruit cake, filled with home-made lemon and passionfruit curds and vanilla buttercream, covered with white chocolate and then chocolate ganache 😋

Siiix seeevennn... as my kids would say 😂😂 So much fun creating this one.
My lovely customer designed the 6-7 hands and name, turned them into toppers for me, and then I designed the cake around them- team effort!
