Lena's Cupcake Creations I have been Baking for many years and now I want to share my love of Cupcakes and Cakes with you. Le I decided to take my passion and start my own business.

I began my baking career working with a bakery wholesaler who created high end cakes for local restaurants, hotels and stores throughout Christchurch in New Zealand. Loving working with cakes i continued to work with several bakeries gaining valuable knowledge and experience from all. I have also been the Bakery Manager for one of the largest supermarket chains in Australia. After years of designi

ng, baking and decorating cakes for family, friends, fetes and currently my daughters local school. I am really excited to be able to work with you through all aspects of your cake order (design, bake and decorate). Planning is half the fun for me! We are looking for an additional staff member for the Cafe'. Someone with cafe'/hospitality experience at a minimum, but preferably with coffee machine/ barista experience as well. Hours would likely be 1.30 to 4.30 mon to fri and some saturdays(9am- 1pm). If interested please reply to this post or call into Cafe' Buzz Laurieton, 60 Bold St Laurieton with your resume'.

Good morning everybody!! I have been a bit quite on the cake front lately as my Hubby and I have brought a Cafe' and we have been full on learning! I will be doing cakes again soon as I am missing it terribly. Our Cafe' is Cafe' Buzz in Laurieton. It is very exciting!!
