Update from ebay and Australia post about what information we need to supply to purchase items.
Most online companies already require all this information so it's not really a biggie. We just hope they will comply with privacy laws that protect us from spam, scams and hacking.
On the below note: I'm sure you will find businesses will start passing on the costs of added expenses if incurred.
So please ensure, when purchasing, you provide;
An email address you actually check,
A mobile phone number you actually check,
And check you have typed your address correctly, it helps if you use capital letters wherever required, as makes things easier to read. Note that the post office uses scanners to process most parcels, so typed information is always better than hand written information.
NB. Any parcels returned to me due to insufficient details provided with Australia Post charges will be added to your account. In addition, sending will be delayed if ALL information is not provided at time of ordering.
