Hi everyone, we're on a break for a few weeks. We've just welcomed our baby girl into the world earlier this week and are enjoying some family time. Stay tuned- we'll be back at the market shortly. Thanks again!

We constantly are trying to improve our service to satisfy our costumers, and last week we've added a couple of ingredients to our wide range of choice.

We have a variety of toppings available.

Sweet crêpes:
Lemon & vanilla sugar
Chestnut cream
Speculoos
Strawberry jam
Nutella
Caramel
Dark chocolate sauce
Almond flakes
Fresh strawberries and bananas

Savoury crêpes:
Ham
Cheese (Gruyère and Emmental)
Sauteed onions
Free range eggs

In progress is a choice of gluten free and vegan friendly crêpes, also called galettes made with buckwheat flour.

Crêpes are traditionally enjoyed in France with the accompaniment of an apple cider. We do sell a non alcoholic apple cider that tastes just as good!

Ginger beer
Lemonade
Water

The crêpe stall now get set up every Sunday at midland farmer market.
Where I will be, to give you some of the best crepes around with high quality product at very low price.

The market is open every Sunday from 7am until early afternoon.

Last Friday 11 of march, the business stall as been inspected, and today have now received our certificate as a food business and can start selling as soon as we find markets and events that will take us and apply for it with the local council.

A new trailer as also been purchase to fit all of the material into it, and after a good coat of paint on, it should look just great!!
