Primal Alternative by Neroli is moving over east! Apparently, this is a WA saying, and I need to be more specific - I will be moving to Sydney in mid-December.

The last day for orders will be 2nd December.

Our Primal Alternative loaves last 3 months in the freezer, packet mixes have a shelf life of 6 months, and the granola has a 9 month shelf life. Don't miss out - start making a list of what you would love to be stocked up on.

A good friend recently had her birthday, and so I used her favourite granola (which she has renamed Cath's Happy Food!) as a base for a baked cheese cake.

Topped with homemade mulberry compote and a dollop of cream, it was a winner!!

🍓 Easy Berry Slice 🍓

Whip up this delicious Berry Slice using our Low Carb Pancake Mix in no time! It's low carb, dairy-free, and can be egg-free. Perfect for a quick family treat!

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Primal Alternative Low Carb Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 cup of your choice of milk
- 3 eggs or chia eggs
- 1/4 cup of your preferred sweetener (we love coconut or rapadura sugar, but xylitol, erythritol, or regular sugar work too)
- 1 cup of mixed berries

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Line a slice tray.
3. Make the pancake mix according to the instructions, adding the sweetener.
4. Pour the mix into the prepared tray and sprinkle with the berries.
5. Bake for about 25 mins until a skewer comes out clean.
6. Allow to cool, then slice and enjoy with

With only 1g carbs per slice, made from nuts, eggs, zucchini
and seeds, this is a delicious toast alternative. Suitable for GAPSTM diet.

Ingredients: almond meal (22%), zucchini (16%), free range eggs (36%), pumpkin seeds (5%), sunflower kernels (5%), linseeds (5%), sesame seeds (5%), poppy seeds (5%), sea salt.

Shelf life: 14 days. Keep refrigerated (slice and freeze for up to 3 months).

Mmm Fruit Toast. 2 loaves available now

It's one of the first Primal Alternative recipes and it's still a firm favourite to this day, especially in these cooler months here in Australia.

Here are the nice simple clean ingredients in it:

Ingredients: water, tapioca flour, almond meal, sultanas, linseeds, sunflower kernels, goji berries, walnuts, cashew nuts, olive oil, lemon juice, chia seeds, spices, grain-free baking powder, sea salt.
