Mille Crêpes means “a thousand” in French which is made by layers of thin crepe and spread with pastry cream in between each layers.
NAMELAKA is originally from Japanese expression means ultra creamy/ extremely creamy. It is fabulous cross between the smoothness of pastry cream and the richness of chocolate ganache.
We use finest Belgium dark chocolate to create smooth and well-balanced chocolate with vanilla note.
