Doubled the second drop of our cookies at because you all cleaned out the last one 🥹

I don’t usually do drops as I am usually at capacity but 1. I love
2. I thought this would be a great way to stash a some aside for those who’ve been trying to get their hands on some

Hello beautiful people!

I know it’s been a hot minute since I fired up the oven, but I’m back (briefly!) for a special collab with my favourite coffee folks- at their pop up at River’s EdgeAbode, Clarke Quay.

I will be donating 100% of the proceeds of this drop to a local charity, - they are one of the few charities currently providing meals to Palestinians in Gaza through their food kitchen initiative.

Grab a coffee with your cookie (or a cookie with your coffee, both are excellent life choices) and have a little browse through the amazing local brands sharing the space.

Quantities are super limited and this will be the only drop at their pop up for now, and only our Regular Mixed Bags will be available.

Every cookie is have crafted with care and intention, and each time I return to the kitchen, I do so only when I know I can give my best.

Our brownies are back! (Only for this weekend)

When I worked on this recipe, I wanted something that was dense and chewy, but not too sweet.
I wanted the rich flavours of cocoa in every bite but not overwhelmingly so….
So here they are!

Available in a Sea Salt set of 3, or in our “stuffed” variety: Biscoff, Nutella and Sea Salt.

**Brownies are only available for pick up this weekend between Saturday and Sunday at One Holland as I am not confident that Singapore’s weather and delivery timeframes would be the best option due to their perishable nature**

I shall do my best to make them as available as possible before I pop (in 6 weeks), so please keep a look out for our flash drops on here or on the website.

While these are not meant to replace a balanced diet, these cookies are one way to get more of those supportive ingredients into your system!

I tweaked our recipe (again)...but for the better of course.
I mean, what could be better than MORE ?!
I was a little worried of how the added intensity of Matcha in my dough would go with the the dark chocolate, but as always they paired absolutely beautifully.

2 weeks left on our Menu, grab them before they go.

She is earthy, she is smooth, she is a cookie that's match-a made in heaven with dark chocolate 🖤

Matcha was one of my most popular flavours back when it was available in Perth- i hope you all here in Singapore love it just as much.

Only available till the end of March or until sold out.
We will also be resuming orders from the 20th as I've returned from Perth slightly earlier than initially planned x

(Almost) Last Call for the Cranberry Lovers!
Our CNY special: Cranberry, Almond and Maple Spice, will only be available till the 6th of March.
After that, we will be retuning to our regular menu, with new seasonal flavours that will be featured through the year.
This flavour is my and my son, Luca's favourites, because we love how the tart and chewy cranberries go so well with our lightly-spiced batter.
