My very last paid order is getting picked up today!
My VERY LAST!
Over 1200 Christmas cookies this year, 2 classes and I only went about 2 weeks over 😅. My family will be happy to see all my cookie stuff FINALLY packed up.
And that, as they say, is a wrap. A wrap on Christmas, a wrap on 2023, and a wrap on Vintage Cookie Co!
It has been an absolute pleasure and such an amazing creative outlet doing this for all of you. Not only this past year and a bit when I re-launched as "Vintage Cookie Co" but for the past 7 years.
Last time I said I was done, I knew it was only "for now" but this time I know it is for good. My life is about to take on an new direction. I plan to study and get into a new career over the next year or two and cannot see myself picking up cookies as business again. Of course I will make some for my family, but not for the public.
To all of my cookie community and friends that I have made over these past few years. You all know who you are! I truly thank you for all of your support and advice and answering of silly silly questions I always seem to have. ❤️💙💜
To my family who have put up with all of my manic busy nights and VERY tired mornings. My husband for all of the laundry and washing and cleaning up after me in the kitchen. My mum for the countless dinners she has helped with and both of my parents for taking the kids off my hands when I was overwhelmed (which was a LOT). I could NEVER have done any of this without them! I look forward to spending ALL the time with them without having to rush off or go home to do cookies.
To every single person who bought a cookie. Who offered a comment of encouragement and support. Who came to a class. I am forever thankful.
